WHO CAN BENEFIT ?
Craniosacral therapy is suitable for men, women, people of all ages, including babies, children and the elderly.
Craniosacral therapy is very effective in enhancing recovery from any kind of trauma such as accident, injury or surgery. Because the touch used is so gentle, it can be applied where other more direct interventions are too invasive. The gentle touch and soul-based approach are greatly appreciated during pregnancy by both mother and baby.
Craniosacral therapy is an important tool for those on a spiritual path as it works to align the body with the soul’s intention. It is complementary to the traditional medical approach and can be used safely in acute or chronic conditions.
WHY CHOOSE BIODYNAMIC CRANIOSACRAL THERAPY ?
To quiet the mind
To release deep tensions
To calm and balance the nervous system
To realign the body with the soul’s intention
To assist the body in recovering from accident or surgery
To release trauma held in the body from conception onward
To help the infant release the trauma and integrate the experience of birth
To gently help the body adjust during pregnancy and prepare for an easeful birth
To re-member the feeling of health and fully integrate the experience of wellness
The purpose of Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy is to help you contact and embody, more fully, the divine pattern of health that is alive within you at all times.
The tissues at the core of the body express a subtle motion in response to the whispers of the soul. It is through the body’s core that intention becomes flesh. The simplicity of this therapy is its beauty. The trained practitioner listens with his/her hands to this movement and allows the body to tell its story. Patterns of disease or trauma may emerge and are encouraged to resolve into health and alignment.
“For me, body, mind and spirit are all one fabric. When I touch a person’s body, I am touching their soul.” Rebekah
